Firstly, having an Account with Docketbook is free if you only need to work on Jobs and create Dockets for businesses that have invited you to do it. It is only when you want to create Orders, Jobs and Dockets for yourself and your business the charges start to apply.
You may have received an email or text message telling you have a Docketbook Docket or Docketbook Job shared with you. You may have received an email with a link asking you to join Docketbook. Click on the Sign In link to take you to the page where you can Sign On
You just need to choose whether you want to user you mobile number or your email address as your account id and choose a password.
Using the Web Browser on your PC
From the www.docketbook.com.au, click on 'Free Trial' OR
From my.docketbook.com.au, click on 'Don't have an account, Sign Up'.
From the Sign In page click on Sign Up.
Enter you first name, last name and either your mobile number or email address. Please note whichever you chose, email address or mobile number, this becomes your username for signing in. Then click on Sign Up
Docketbook will send an email or message to your chosen email or mobile number for you to authenticate the account. We think this is important because Docketbook is used to create key information for financial transactions. Simply click on the link in the authentication message to complete creating your account.
You can now Sign In and starting working on Jobs that have been Assigned to you!
Once you have created an account, you can get started by Setting up a Company.
