At Docketbook we understand the complicated interplay of arrangements that can exist in the construction industry. Various different businesses might need to see a Docket for their own requirements. You might receive a Docket because you are the primary customer and need to Accept it. You might receive a Docket because you need to be informed that work has been completed and the scope of what was done or you might even need to receive a Docket at add information so it can be completed. The person creating and working on the Docket chooses who other than the primary customer will receive a Docket.
Docketbook notifies people that a Docket has been sent to them in three different ways. The first is via an in App notification, if you have the Docketbook App installed on your phone or tablet, a notification will pop up telling you about the new Docket. The second way, if you don't have the Docketbook App installed, but have an email address linked to you, you will receive an email. The third, if one and two aren't available will be by SMS to your mobile phone. You can view Dockets without having a Docketbook account but you cannot perform any actions on that Docket without an Account. For information on Docketbook accounts look at Creating an Account.
