Changing your Docketbook Username

This article will walk you through the process to change your Docketbook Username login.

It is not possible to modify the original username you selected during registration. If you wish to use a different email address or phone number as your Docketbook username, you will need to create a new account with your desired username.
 
To do this, please see the steps below.
 
1. Please have someone with Administrator or Super User access on your Docketbook account add the new email address or phone number as a New User. This action will trigger a Docketbook invitation to your new username. For detailed instructions on how to do this, click here: Inviting your Users. Once you have created this account, you will be able to log in and access your company using your new username.
 
2. If you no longer want the old username you used associated with your company, you will also need to have the person on your Docketbook account with Administrator or Super User access delete the old username from your company. For steps, click here: Remove a User
