Create a new Docket in Docketbook - Site Dockets App

This article will show you how to create a new Docket using the Docketbook - Site Dockets App

To be able to create a new Docket not attached to a Order or Job, you need to have the User Access Docket Creator (Dockets). For more information, click here.

 

1. Inside the Docketbook App, select the + button above Create

2. You will be prompted to select a Customer to begin creating your Docket for.

Add Customer

3. Once selected, you will be able to begin completing your Docket by clicking Next.
