Using the Monitor function, you can nominate one or more users to receive notifications whenever an order, job or docket is received by the company or group.
This might be used by a project to notify foremen when a new docket is received, or by allocators to know when a job has been given to them to allocate to an operator.
When adding a monitor you assign that member to receive all docket and job notifications as they come in. You'll never miss a docket or job again!
How to Add a Monitor
Members with Administrator role can add a Monitor on desktop by visiting my.docketbook.com.au
- Go to Company Settings
- Select Monitors then Add Existing
- Tick the member you would like to make an Administrator
- Don't forget to press Done
The new monitor will need to refresh their Docketbook to update their permissions.
