The status of 'finished' can be set by the recipient of the job. When a job is finished, the user cannot create any more dockets from it.
To finish the job, use the Action Menu (three dots) and select 'Finish Job'.
If a user accidentally finishes a job, they can be removed and reassigned to the job to allow them to accept it then create dockets.
Closing a job removes it from the recipients, regardless of whether they have marked it as completed or not.
To close a job, use the Action Menu (three dots) and select 'Close Job'.
