Dockets can be created in 3 main ways:
- From the + icon on the top right of the dockets list on the mobile
- From a Job that you've been sent
- From an Order
Using the + Icon
- From the Dockets Tab inside your company, select the + icon.
- Note: Check that you have your company selected and are not in 'My Docketbook'.
From a Job
- Using the Action Menu...
- Select Create Docket
Dockets created from a Job will inherit key information from the related Order including customer and reference numbers.
From an Order
- Open your Order and select the Dockets tab
- Select Create Docket
