The Docket Summary Report can be downloaded either as a Excel spreadsheet or a PDF. If downloading PDFs, you can choose to attached all supporting dockets to the report.
- You can download dockets and summary reports by going to Dockets
- Click the Reports icon on the top right of the Dockets screen
The report can be prepared with the following filters:
- Customer
- Supplier
- Order Number
- Date Range
- Status
- Operator Name
Further, you can elect to export the data as a PDF. If you click include supporting dockets, the report will be prepared as a background process and sent to you via a linked email.
PDF Report
The resulting report will be similar to the image below with:
- Summary Quantities across the entire docket set
- Detailed line item information
Excel Output
The data can also be extracted as Excel. The default columns are:
- Date
- Docket Number
- Status
- Order
- Customer
- Customer Reference Number
- Supplier Reference Number
- Operator - creator of the docket
- Item - The Resource on the docket
- Action - The line item type (e.g. worked, or delivered)
- Description - The resource description (from the order)
- Quantity
- Units of Measure
Excel Output with Custom Docket Fields
If you also want to include Custom fields on the line items in the spreadsheet, then you need to de-select "Aggregate line items" so that each line item is shown in a separate row along with any custom fields pertaining to that line item:
