Request Id: 5 and Status Code: 400
Generally this error means you have tried to do something you didn't have access to do. Otherwise, you entered the wrong information or that some information that's required wasn't supplied on the Docket. To fix this, simply check you have entered all the details correctly that's needed to be able to complete the Docket.
Otherwise, if you are using Google Chrome web browser on your computer or laptop, this error can also be resolved by clearing your web browser cache.
In the URL bar enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Select Time Range > All Time option. From there ensure the following are all ticked:
- Browsing History
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
Click Clear Data
Exit all browser windows, then re-open the browser and try to use Docketbook again
