The cloud symbol can occur when you don't have phone signal while on the Docketbook App or there's lack of internet connection on the phone. If you are having issues when you save items on the Stan App and you are seeing a cloud symbol as shown in the image below.
To resolve this, please click on the 3 lines at the top left of the app, and click on "Upload Queue".
Delete/clear everything that is in the Upload Queue, as this is most likely what is causing the issues.
If this issue continues, delete and reinstall the Docketbook App.
