If you get a blank/grey screen when you attempt to launch the Docketbook app, or if it freezes while loading, you may need to confirm that you've set your device's time to "Automatic". Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
Update Date & Time on Your iOS Device

From your home screen, navigate to Settings.

Tap General.

Tap Date & Time.

Make sure that the option Set Automatically is turned on.

If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.

Update Date & Time on Your Android Device

Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.

Tap Date & Time.
-
Tap Automatic.

If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
If this issue continues, you can delete and reinstall the Docketbook App.
