1. Click on the blue help icon located in the bottom right corner of the website, after which you may select the "Contact Us" option.
2. Please proceed to click on the Subject box to input "Cancel," and then provide your cancellation request along with the reason in the Description box.
3. You can then scroll down the page and select Send to complete your request.
We sincerely value your presence, and while it's disappointing to see you leave, we want to ensure your experience is seamless.
