• Completing work on site: The operator uses the Docketbook Site Dockets to digitally complete a docket, providing details of the work performed. 

• Digital signature: The operator can sign the docket directly on their phone. Alternatively, the customer can sign the docket on either the operator's device or their own.

• Instant delivery: The customer promptly receives a copy of the signed docket via email or text message, ensuring immediate access to the information.

• Seamless processing: The office staff, responsible for processing the docket for invoicing, can instantly access the completed docket through the Docketbook system.
