When working on site, operators can easily complete their work using the Docketbook Mobile App. Here's how the process unfolds:
- Completing work on site: The operator uses the Docketbook Mobile App to digitally complete a docket, providing details of the work performed. Here is a training document and short video to help you get your Operators ready on the app.
- Digital signature: The operator can sign the docket directly on their phone. Alternatively, the customer can sign the docket on either the operator's device or their own.
- Instant delivery: The customer promptly receives a copy of the signed docket via email or text message, ensuring immediate access to the information.
- Seamless processing: The office staff, responsible for processing the docket for invoicing, can instantly access the completed docket through the Docketbook system.
