Recall an Accepted Docket
If a docket has been accepted by the customer, you can't recall it, however, you can request that they dispute it.
Docketbook now has a feature that allows dockets to be disputed even when they are in accepted status. This means that you can now manage dockets at every stage of the lifecycle, whilst ensuring all parties are aligned and changes are audit logged.
