      Reset Password

      This article will show you how to reset your password for your Docketbook account.

      Navigate to the sign-in page by clicking on the following link: https://login.docketbook.com.au/signin

       

      1. On the login page, you can enter your Email address or mobile number as your username then select next where you can then select "Reset My Password" and follow the prompts.

      Note: 

      • If your account is associated with your mobile number, you will receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS.

      • If your account is associated with your email address, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

      • Once you have received the verification code or the reset password link, follow the instructions provided.

      • You will be prompted to create a new password.
