Unable to create a Docket

This article will walk you through the steps to resolve the error message "A company administrator needs to create and publish a docket template before you can create a Docket" stopping you from being able to create Dockets.

Please note you need to have Administrator or Super User access to be able to resolve this error. For more information on User Roles, click here.

 

To ensure your Docketbook account has a default Docket template, follow the steps below using a computer or laptops web browser.

 

1. Click the settings tog on the top right hand corner of the screen, where you can then click into the Groups tab and select your company as shown below.

2. Inside the Group Settings section, you can then click the Default Docket Template button to select a Docket, then ensure you click Save to update the change.
