If you receive an error when trying to sync Xero Items or Contacts to Docketbook, the best fix is to disconnect and reconnect as shown below.
1. Select the settings tog on the top of the screen
2. Select "Integrations" tab
3. Select "Disconnect from Xero"
Once done, you can follow the steps from our help page below to reconnect to Xero.
Setting up Xero Connection with Docketbook
If the issue continues, you will need to disconnect the Docketbook app in Xero.
To disconnect Docketbook:
- Click your organisation name, then select Settings.
- Click Connected Apps.
- Under the Connected Apps heading click Disconnect beside the Docketbook name.
Then reconnect to your Docketbook account to Xero.
