The Docketbook App won't load

If you encounter a blank/grey screen or freezing while loading the Docketbook app, it may be necessary to ensure that your device's date and time settings are set to "Automatic." Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:


Update Date & Time on Your iOS Device:


  1. From your home screen, go to Settings.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Select Date & Time.
  4. Make sure that the option "Set Automatically" is turned on.
  5. If the option is turned off, ensure that the correct Date, Time, and Time Zone are selected.
  6. For more detailed information, you can visit Apple Support.


Update Date & Time on Your Android Device:


  1. Tap on Settings to open the Settings menu.
  2. Select Date & Time.
  3. Tap on Automatic.
  4. If the option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time, and Time Zone are selected.


If the issue persists, you can try deleting and reinstalling the Docketbook app.
