To ensure optimal performance and seamless access to Docketbook from your personal computer or Mac, we highly recommend using the Google Chrome web browser. While Docketbook is compatible with other browsers, using Google Chrome will provide the best user experience.

If you encounter issues such as not being able to view dockets, orders, or jobs while using Docketbook on a PC or Mac, you can resolve them by following the troubleshooting steps below.

To ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome web browser:

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on the "More" button at the top right corner.
  3. Select "Help" and then click on "About Google Chrome."
  4. If there is an available update, click on "Update Google Chrome." Note: If you don't see this button, it means you already have the latest version.
  5. Relaunch Chrome for the changes to take effect.

To clear your web browser cache:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

After clearing the cache, close all browser windows and reopen the browser. Attempt to use Docketbook again and check if the issues have been resolved.

If the problems persist, please reach out to Docketbook Support via support@docketbook.com.au for further assistance. They will be able to provide additional guidance and troubleshooting to address any ongoing issues you may encounter.
