Sharing Your Company Contact Information
To facilitate the sharing of your Company Contact information, follow these steps:
Step 1: Within the "Contacts" tab, locate and click on "My Info." This is where you can generate a link to share with others, connecting them to you on Docketbook.
Inviting Another Organization to Connect
To establish a connection between your organization and another via Docketbook, use the following procedure:
Step 1: In the dropdown menu of the "Contacts" tab, select "Connections." Then, click on the "Create New" tab.
Step 2: Provide the Email Address, Company Name, and Contact Name of the entity you wish to invite. After entering these details, click "Send."
From the Connections list, you will be able to track the status of your invitations. This will help you identify who has accepted your invitation and where the request was sent.
