Import Xero Resources and Customers to Docketbook

If you have already added contacts and resources into Docketbook, and don't want to import these into Docketbook from Xero, you can simply link each existing resource and contact in Docketbook to the appropriate Xero item, as shown below:

Resources 

To link your existing resources on Docketbook to Xero, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Go to the Settings icon

Step 2. Click the "Resources" tab

Step 3. Select the unlinked Xero resource item by clicking the box 

Step 4. Click Edit

Step 5. You can then search for the Xero item you want to link and then click "Save" to update.

Contacts 

To link your existing contacts on Docketbook to Xero, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Go to Contacts

Step 2. Select Unlinked Contact on Docketbook then click Edit

Step 3. Click "Select Xero Contact" to connect the contact to Xero and then click Save to update.
